At CORE-CONDITIONING we appreciate that everyone has different levels of fitness.
Whether you’re a beginner or at an advanced level, CORE-CONDITIONING can work out a programme to suit your needs.
If you have a medical condition, CORE-CONDITIONING has the training and experience to help in a caring and professional manner. We are always at the end of the phone for any questions and will gladly give advice and tips to maximise your training programme.
The programmes are monitored and changed roughly every 4 to 5 weeks, as your body adapts to the exercises and your fitness levels increase. Boredom is as much an issue as motivation, so CORE-CONDITIONING tries to keep you on your toes by introducing different exercises and goals, to keep you training and motivated.
