As a serving Royal Marine Reservist, Matt Lyons has already passed a strenuous and demanding commando course which took months of training. He now has a duty to look after new RMR recruits. His fitness experience is well earned; as a youngster, he represented the Kent County in Athletics. He has done numerous mountain and canoeing challenges, including Devizes to Westminster (125 mile canoe race) and the 3 peaks challenge, not to mention marathons and endurance events.
Trained to the UK’s Highest Standard, REP’s level 3, Matt Lyons has completed:
- Premier Diploma In Personal Training.
- Premier Diploma In Nutrition And Weight Management.
- Premier Diploma In Fitness Instruction.
- Premier Diploma In Sports Injury Massage.
