The CORE BOOTCAMP, based in Kings Hill near West Malling, The Hollies in Sidcup and the Beaverwood Club in Chistlehurst, is a well designed fitness programme for groups of no more than 12 people of all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness abilities; everyone is given full encouragement to realise their full potential and everyone will carry out physical and static health tests so that successes can be monitored and recorded.

CORE BOOTCAMP intends every session to be fun and above all challenging, using every muscle group in your body and will consist of stretching, callisthenics, strength workouts, military style circuits and other surprises that will get you into the best shape of your life. You will achieve increased flexibility and posture, as well as improvement in your heart and lung function. Hand in hand with these results will be weight loss and increased metabolism so that you are constantly burning calories, even at rest!
